Buying LocallyFor us, buying locally has many benefits. Most important is the quality. By buying local goods we are sourcing the freshest ingredients possible. It also allows us to build relationships with the actual people who farm many of these items. In addition, by buying local goods, we contribute to a business model which emits significantly less carbon dioxide to the environment. Not only are these the best ingredients available, but, we think, better for our planet than having them trucked in from out of state.Giving BackBorn out of this sustainable model, Daryll has built a business which is conscious of bigger social issues of our city. We are proud to donate our meals each day to local charitable shelter & rescue organizations, and focus our giving to the truly needy. Since 1998 we have donated thousands of dollars to produce animal assisted therapy dogs for children in Los Angeles County.
